Use Email Control Panel to create Email Account and Alias

Start your web browser and enter the Webmail address in your URL address bar
In this example, we use "example.com", therefore webmail.example.com, and then followed by the /MailAdmin
Full URL address become http://webmail.example.com/MailAdmin
Once you open the URL you will see the following login screen, enter the login ID and password
(This login account is created by us in your service registration time and we have email to you, if you have lost please contact us to retrieve relevant information))


After logging in, you will see the following screen, then click on "Domain List"


Then you should see the following screen, which shows your domain name
Then click on your domain name (in this example it is example.com)

Then you should see the following screen, then click the "Add Mailbox"

Then you should see the following screen, enter the relevant information and the available space quota for this account, and then click the "Add Mailbox"


After clicking "Add Mailbox", you will see "The mailbox has been added to the mailbox table" messages and the previously entered password


Once with email account, we can create an Alias pointing (forward) to the email address already exists
Point your mouse to "Virtual List" and then "New Alias" and click on it


Then you should see the screen below, we assume that requires a abc@example.com email alias and pointing to support@example.com to receive email, we enter the following as the picture, and click the "Add Alias"


Click the "Add Alias", you will see the "The alias has been added to the alias table" message


If you want all the non-existent email names pointing (forward) to support@example.com, you can use the asterisk * mark


Input is complete, click "New Alias" will be done
